Where a plaintiff filed a complaint over the governmental defendants’ entry onto his property, the defendants’ motion to dismiss the action should be allowed because it is barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and because there is no merit to the plaintiff’s contention that his Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights were violated.
