The plaintiff, age 67 at the time of the incident, was struck by a DDOT bus operated by the driver, while making a left-hand turn. The plaintiff was lawfully crossing the road in a crosswalk on a walk signal. Survived by her four siblings, she did not suffer conscious pain and suffering.
